1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the 777q platform (including the website at 777q.biz and all associated services), you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 777q platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and 777q in relation to use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, understandings, or agreements whether written or oral. 777q reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform following notification of any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 777q platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met before you may register or use any 777q service:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. 777q enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Registration by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777q platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 777q of any changes promptly. 777q shall not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777q account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must immediately notify 777q's support team if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 777q platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777q supports the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability and processing times of specific payment methods may vary.

• Deposits are processed in real time subject to your payment provider's system availability. 777q does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and up to one business day for bank transfer methods.
• 777q reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• 777q does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777q bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they are converted to withdrawable funds.

• Bets accepted by the 777q system are final and cannot be reversed except in circumstances where 777q determines that a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In cricket betting, 777q follows standard market settlement rules applicable to the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and match postponements are settled in accordance with 777q's published cricket betting rules.

• Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the 777q platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777q platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, data, logos, and trademarks, is the property of 777q or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 9. Limitation of Liability
